Terms and Conditions - Training Courses#

Prices#

All prices quoted on this website and elsewhere exclude Value Added Tax. South African clients should expect an additional 14% VAT charge on invoices. This is fully claimable from SARS for VAT-registered clients. Our VAT Number is quoted on all invoices and statements for this purpose.

Deposits#

In order to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the course cost. Without your deposit your place is not secure and may be given to another applicant. In order to ensure quality attention for each attendee space is limited for most training courses, and we reserve these places on a first come, first served basis in the order we receive deposits.

Deposits are generally non refundable in the event of cancellation; however, we have no objection to you substituting people should a designated participant become unable to take up a course reservation.

In the event of a participant starting a course but becoming unable to complete it for events beyond any reasonable control we will, in general, offer them a place on a subsequent equivalent course when available to enable to complete the course subject to an administrative charge to cover venue costs. Project and work crises will in general not be considered sufficient reason for being unable to complete a course.

Payment#

We require payment in full for all reservations before commencement of a course. Failing our receiving such payment in time we reserve the right to refuse entrance to a course to participants.

Should a course be cancelled for any reason by us, cOcO Technologies, we will refund you 100% of all payments made by you up to that point in time for that course. In the case of rescheduled courses we will offer all confirmed reservations preferential booking for the rescheduled course instead of or in addition to a full refund.

Not Satisfied?#

We will make every effort to ensure that we deliver the highest quality training to meet your stated requirements and expectations prior to and at the start of every course.

If, however, we fail to meet your stated training expectations despite this, we will unhesitatingly offer a full refund of the price paid if you contact us within 7 days of the completion of the course.

Course Materials#

Participants are provided with a variety of training materials that will include course notes, coaching tools, audio CD’s, booklets, tracking charts and other learning aids. All materials are the intellectual property of cOcO Technologies cc and may not be duplicated by clients or their representatives or reproduced in any form without our permission.
